I’m Robert Biemans. I’m a Dutch management executive in interim management and leadership development with international experience in many regions around the world. I hold a doctor degree in leadership from Tilburg University in The Netherlands. I started my career as an officer in the Royal Netherlands Army. I transitioned into the commercial world in the global consultancy firm Capgemini in 1998 and, lastly, I founded IntSource in 2006. Lived in Oman between 2016-2019 and was lecturer in leadership, HRM and organizational behaviour at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
From a leadership and behavioural perspective, my focus is on making people and organizations better and on preparing them for unpredictable and unexpected situations in today’s world.
