Leadership development

In single/multi-modular and single/multi-level programmes developing directors, managers, (high potential) employees, graduates and selected professionals to fulfil their career potential using experiential learning to achieve sustainable and measurable change of behaviour. Individual and team coaching can be part of this.

Teambuilding

Developing appropriate individual behaviours and teamwork using business and leadership visions, core values and competency frameworks as provided by clients. Individual and team coaching can be part of this.

Coaching & mentoring

In single or multi-modular programmes coaching coachees so that they are able to take ownership, can perform more efficiently, and empower them to solve their own problems. Also providing mentorship for mentees and help them flourish in the work environment. Provide useful information allowing mentees to make mistakes and use the mistakes as opportunities to learn.

Management diagnostics

Before delegates embark on programmes there is an option for them to complete one or more online management diagnostics in order to develop greater self-awareness as leaders. The results will be debriefed prior to or during the programmes.
